What is dropshipping?
Drop shipping is a supply chain management technique in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to wholesalers, who then ship the goods directly to the customer . The retailers make their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price.
Do you charge any membership fee?
NO we don't charge any membership fees. However you should let us know if you intend to use our images and other information coming from our website before using it.
Do you have MOQ (MInimum Order Quantity) for drop shipping?
We do not MOQ but we still ask for minimum order amount of USD 250.00 excluding shipping charges.
Do you drop ship worldwide?
We ship Worldwide in exception to the following countries: Afghanistan, Iran, Angola, Iraq, Bangladesh, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Burma Rwanda, Burundi, Seychelles, Congo, Slovenia, Cuba, Sudan, Ethiopia, Syria, India, Yemen, Nigeria and Indonesia.
What courier do you use for drop shipping?
The same as normal. DHL courier
What name should appear in the senders details?
Its your name and the person who is going to send it because it requires signature.
Are you going to put your company details in the senders information?
Absolutely not. You will be rest assured that our company will not in any way included in the package and senders details. Your customer will be your customer.
Do you accept return and/or exchange?
Our products are MADE TO ORDER and cannot give refund and/or exchange as soon as the fabrication begins. However if the products is faulty they can return it to us for an exchange but the shipping should handle by you (dropshipper) or you can ask your clients because we are not responsible in any shipping charges for exchange (faulty).
If however we make a mistakes (wrongly sent items) We will handle the shipping charges.
Is it the same pricing?
Yes same pricing as the trade price and you have the full control in marking up your prices.
How much is the shipping charges?
Shipping charges is not included in the price yet. It will based on the weight. Please check DHL website for more information.
Do you give discount in drop ship method as well?
Yes discount applies to both trade and drop ship prices.
What is your handling times?

Orders up to 10 kg might take up to 10 working days
Orders up to 15kg might take up to 20 Working days
Orders up to 30kg might take up to 25 Working days
Orders more than 30kg please contact us for accurate handling time.
Handling times for handbags will be based on the quantity and materials being used. We will advise you regarding this matter as soon as we confirm your order.

Do you provide images without watermark and detailed information of your products in csv files (data feed) whereas i could just upload it to my own website, eBay and other online auctions?
Yes we do provide files of all products we have including images, prices (that you need to change for your profit), options if applicable and many more. Files can also be in excel format.
